What countries do you deliver to?

Needles by John James.com delivers worldwide. When visiting Needles by John James the default country is automatically the United Kingdom. However you can change location by selecting your country from the list.

What do you charge for postage and packaging?

Postage and Packaging is calculated by value and is dependent on which country you live in and the value of the order. See Terms and Conditions, under Delivery.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days following the receipt of your order. Delivery duration may vary depending on your location and this is usually between 1 – 7 days for the UK and may be longer for the rest of the world.

NB. Next day delivery is available for UK mainland customers only, for orders received before 3.00 pm Monday to Thursday, or before 11.00 am on Friday.

For next day deliveries of orders received outside of these stated hours, the order will be despatched the following working day.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via tyl by NatWest and PayPal.

Is my payment secure?

The payment is processed by tyl by NatWest and PayPal who specialise in the security of online payments.

How do I return an unwanted or incorrect item for refund?

If you decide you are unhappy with any item you have purchased you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
